I was wondering if there is any posibilety to catch some fish from the Phuket beaches in the month augist, because of the strong flow and high waves in that period!

Hi there

you can check all the capes around Rawai, Kata and Karon and in general along all the weast coast of the island. Since all the coast is quite shallow have a try only during high tide times. Moreover be extra carefull since all the rocks are quite slippery and several accidents happened in the past.

Squid, Grouper on the bottom and Narrow Barred Macherel (or Tenggiri as they are called over here) is what you can expect to find.
