Hi-Low Gamblers caught at South Pattaya Beer Bar Complex

PATTAYA:--In the early hours of Monday a Pattaya Police Team arrested 10 suspected gamblers who were accused of playing “Hi-Low” for money at the rear of a South Pattaya Beer Bar Complex.

Police and Police Volunteers converged on the complex located in front of the Pattaya Beer Garden, close to the Northern entrance to Walking Street just before 2am, following a tip-off.

Officers saw many people gathered around a Pool Table which was being used to host a game of “Hi-Low”. When players saw the Police, many tried to escape, and some even ran into the Beer Garden and jumped over into the sea.

Some were able to escape but officers were able to apprehend 9 men and 1 woman.

So, the gamblers were caught by the people running the frequenting the place. Probably unpaid debts?
