Looking For House Rent From September

Featured Replies

Finaly sold our house here in the UK and now preparing to move to Thailand. We should arrive about mid August and intend to stay in Hotel for a couple of weeks. We are looking for a 4 bedroom or larger house to rent, preferably in Jomtien area. It MUST have ADSL. Seen houses like this advertised on the Internet for 30,000 to 40,000 baht per month and many more a lot higher!

I would also prefer to be either near the beach or on a secure estate with communial swimming pool.

Our children will be going to the "BEST" school in Pattaya so it also needs to be within travelling distance of this school.

I am living in cloud cuckoo land to think we can find somewhere like this cheap?

Chris

Furnished or not?

Right now this would be possible. But with the recent "controversy" I think the rental market will be getting a lot more bussiness.

Good Luck

Most I see advertised are furnished But I would like an Unfurnished house because we are shipping over a lot of our stuff.

I have a rental house in this area, so keep "half"! an eye on the market, at this time there is plenty to choose from, for some reason this year - Pattaya appears to be very quiet?

There has been a lot of building in this area, so you should have a fair choice.

Unless things get busy - quickly.
