Somebody left the rabbit hutch open and subsequently the rabbit left, we looked everywhere and couldn't find her so assumed the worse.

Today by a sheer stroke of luck we found her down the outside train one of those big ones about 4ft by 4ft can only assume she fell down there as she is small.

Just wondering if she would possibly catch any disease that can be passed onto the kids after being down a drain for 2 days, she seems healthy enough but is there a possibility of catching anything ?

I'd say the rabbit should be still OK to eat, shouldn't cause any problems.

What an ignorant remark, did this come from the heart?

I eat rabbits, always have done and will continue to do so. What I find ignorant, is humans belief that they have the right to enslave another animal for their own gratification.

The only reason you posted this topic is that you want to get rid of the rabbit and came on here to get approval for this so that yopu won't feel guilty.

You feed the rabbit

You clean up after the rabbit

You have to search for the rabbit every time he goes missing.

You hate the rabbit.

If the rabbit is covered in gunk, wash him in an anti bacterial shampoo, this isn't rocket science. Why would someone need to post about this.

Rabbit is rabbit, I have no need to eat domesticated ones as wild ones are plentiful. It might also be illegal to eat a domesticated one. I don't know. But with any meat, animals from the wild taste better.

Man cannot even be arsed to answer that, that's trolling for sure

Knock it off...the answer is most likely no...if she still has regular rabbit pellet poo and not itching and scratching...u can give her oral or injectable ivermac usind diabetic units syringe don't over dose rabbit are sensitive to OD of ivermectin...its for rabbit scabies mites and worms..check her feet for hair loss etc cause can akso develop fungus...because her immune system was reduced. Kids should always wash hands with soap after handling animals and before eating. ..if u notice loose stools take her to a vet for antibiotics if the drain was a raw sewage drain..e.coli etc..children just wash hands ...nd keep eye on for few days
