3BB vs TOT on Koh Phangan

I now have internet from TOT but It gets slower and slower so now I'm thinking of changing to 3BB the 13 mb packkage.

Can anybody tell me if 3BB is really faster and how is the service?

I'm located in the see thanu area.

At least here in Samui my experience with 3BB is much better than with TOT.

In Phangan 3BB rocks. No doubt. Almost everywhere and steady connection, fast and reliable, assistance too.

On the other hand TOT....
