Sorry if I post in wrong section but I was unable to post in the classifieds office space section.

I am looking at opening a small branch office in Bangkok. Its really does not have to be fashionable or on those streets.

My budget is 15,000 thb / month for a furnitured office space including a/c (and electricity). 3-4 working desks.

Its important its on walking distance to a BTS station between Asoke and all the way out to Moo Shit. For something amazing I would consider doing an additional connection traveling...

I will have a foreigner with a work permit sitting there so the setup has to allow for it.

2 month deposit and 6 month contract is preferred, anything more flexible is great.

Exchange Tower at Asoke has serviced office suites. I'm not sure you can get 3-4 desks within your budget, but it's worth a look see.
