Hi I wish to get my wife's land in her village connected to the electricity and water ready for a new build the houses either side are already connected,any one have an idea the costs involved.thanks

I live in a small village.

For Water:

I paid for the pipe needed to extend the water line and run it to my house and bought the meter at the building supply store, about 400 baht. I provided the labor myself.

For Electric:

It will depend on what you want and how far you are from the existing lines. You might have to pay for additional poles to be set and wire to be run.

The actual connection to your house depends on the size of the meter that is installed which is determined by your estimated usage "and" the wiring to/in your house. I have a single phase 15/45 meter. Here's the PEA installation cost chart, in Thai:
