Been fine in my neck of Bangkok...can't remember the last time it went down.

Fine for me in Bangkok. I don't recollect it ever going down in the 5+ years I've had it.

Phone them, they will check there and then....

in over 10 years has been down twice, 1x was an accident that took poles down, the other time was another company installing new cables cut a few lines in our Village, both times repaired same day..... very heavy rain sometimes loose it but then electric is also out.
