Champions Chelsea will entertain Manchester City (come on City) :o at Stamford Bridge on the first weekend of August 19/20 with Andrei Shevchenko and Michael Ballack already added to Jose Mourinho's star-studded squad.

Newly-promoted Sheffield United have a cracking opener to look forward to against Liverpool while Reading face Middlesbrough and Watford are at Everton.

Manchester United duo Louis Saha and Edwin van der Sar come up against former club Fulham with Arsenal tackling Aston Villa (first game at Arsenal's new ground).

Christmas looks dodgy though, Chelsea, Liverpool United and Arsenal in 10 days or so...so we had better make sure we are TOP by Christmas ..as we will DEFINATLEY be coming down after 12th night !!!

As for us (Man City) it looks dodgy. Chelsea Away, Pompey Home, Arsenal Home and the Reading Away. I can only see us getting 6 points from those 12....................................unless we can get something out of Pompey and Reading as well :o:D

How kind of you Mr.B to correctly assume there will be nothing for you when you play us.

You may well get 9 though as Pompey normally start badly.. and finish the same way

The banter has started... long may it continue :D (in good humour and spirit)

Can you imagine how it was for me looking at the fixture list for the fisrt time with all those big names there, it still has not sunk in.

Just wandering WHEN Mr.Madjeski is going to get his cheque book out..all the talk so far has been about keeping hold of the players we've already got :D
