Whats it all about then?

This van has been parked on 2nd road for a long time now, I have never seen anyone in or around it so I can only conclude it has broken down.

Maybe the air filter is clogged and it refuses to start :o

I saw this too a while ago. I thought it was a television broadcasting truck. I guess I was wrong. I can't believe it's still there, maybe it's some sort of surveillance truck in disguise.

I already have a test meter in my throat, when the air quality gets bad I start to cough. :o

If you see this truck rocking, it could be a mobile brothel. :o
:D actually with all the old farts in town at the moment, the truck is trying to clean up the air before more old farts arrive in two months, :D

They should hve one of those on beach road...the air quality from Royal to Walking street is often terrible.. :o:D

Worse. I was out on a boat not long ago around Koh Si Chang and you can clearly see the ''strip" of smog that rises all along Sukhumvit from Pattaya to Chonburi. :D

They wouldn't believe the difference it would make in a matter of months if laws for vehicle emissions were more severe AND enforced.

My apologies for that as I have to accept responsibility. I had a Mexican bean burrito that day....

Hong Kong was a beautiful place twenty odd years ago when I arrived, with air quality that gave you clear days and did'n't kill your children. Now you see bugger all and expats are leaving in droves to prevent their offspring weezing like a thirty a day man before prep school. Jolly Patters is booming, now is the time to support any bloody initiative that nips the smog in the bud. Before you all say it is too late, it's not; the air is one of the main reasons you have so many ex-HK types happily performing death by Chang as we speak.
