Crown popped out need quick fix

Featured Replies

Can anyone suggest a good pharmacy in bangkok where I can buy adhesive cementi to fix my crown temporarily I have searched everywhere but all they seem to have is polident

I dried it carefully and used Superglue, (the ethyl cyanoacylate esther is non-toxic. 15 baht a tube in BigC) thinking it would fall out in a few days, then I'd get a new one.

That was three months ago, and it's still hanging on.

Just be careful you don't Superglue your lips together, or get your finger stuck to your tooth.

Entirely at your own risk of course.

But we enjoy living dangerously, isn't that why we come here?

You really should have a dentist check this out and fix instead of trying to buy something over the counter, it will be better for you in the long run, and more than likely less painful. Check out Thantakit in Bangkok if you want a good fix, they can get you in and out for a reasonable price.

Please go to your dentist and get it fitted back. It needs to be fixed with special dental cement or light cured resin. Superglue in the mouth? hmm i wouldnt try that, afraid my tooth dentin will be damaged along the process.

I just had one reset at the government hospital. ฿200 which included some drops for pain.
