Immigration and other government offices will be closed.


And dont count on them being open the following Monday either, as noted in my earlier thread on the Singapore and Penang Consulates.

There is no Thai holiday on the 21st of July. Those are local holidays.

The next holidays here are not until the 11th and 12th of August for the Queen's birthday.
