I lived in Samui 3 years ago before moving north, at that time there was a small shop right next to Tesco Lotus in Lamai. As you face the Tesco, it was the shop on the right of it, but no idea if it's still there or not.

I am pretty certain there is a stall in Big C Shopping Centre.... It used to be in the downstairs area, but may have moved upstairs....(?) It's a while now since I noticed it!

I was looking to buy one for my boy a few weeks ago.

There is a shop opposite Makro, called ToysGame at Samui.

Might be the same company as the shop in Lamai.

Was quoted for X Box 360 (modchip) 14,500 baht

Extra Hard drive 320gb 3,700 baht

1 Controller 2,500 baht

You can buy un-chiped but the games cost more.

Found a second hand city near tesco lotus. They had a PS3 for 6000bht and it came with a free game. Staff were friendly and demonstrated a working product..

Now where can i buy games?

FYI, i have an unchipped one and finally after much pis sing around figured out how to download and pay for games online via xbox live. Some cheaper games are 300 baht but the full blown big name games can be up to 1500 baht.

I don't download many so overall it's more convenient for me not to have to run to MBK or similar to get one that supports unchipped.

Chaweng. As you come out of tesco onto the main road turn left. Walk for upto 5 mins, no further. Its called JJ Secondhand City
