Just been prescribed Harnal Ocas (0.4mg) tablets and also Vesicare 5mg (Solifenacin) tablets by Bangkok Pattaya Hospital.

No complaints about the service but the cost of the Meds from there is a bit steep.

Anyone know if these are available from local Pattaya pharmacies and roughly at what cost?

Yes, you can get these OTC. Will need a large pharmacy, though. Suggest Fascino, North Pattaya Road near City Hall (same side of the road about 100m further from the beach).

I don't know the cost but markup at the hospital is usually >100%.
