HUA HIN:-- A Norwegian man has gone missing after failing to return the motorbike he rented in Hua Hin.

Police are trying to trace Bjorn Andreasson, 59, after being contacted by the owner of the motorbike.

The motorbike is a Honda PCX 150, plate No.: ฃฉพ 671 (Khor Chor Phor 671) Prachub Khiri Khan which was rented from a shop in Hua Hin on 16 July 2014.

Mr Andreasson had promised to return the motorbike on 19 July 2014.

Anyone who has seen the motorbike or knows the whereabouts of Mr Andreasson is asked to contact Khun Orawan on 080-2792770.

Could be lying injured or dead in a ditch somewhere, both he and bike covered by vegetation.

A. This is news?

...

B. They really put a full scan of his passport on-line?  way to invite identity theft

The passport is fake! It might not be a Norwegian man after all....[attachment=276463:10570293_10201975855712830_4026097590977275203_n.jpg]

1: The passport number does not exist according to Norwegian registers.

2: Nobody with this name registred in Norway.

3: The passport is issued on 5 dec 2009 and that is on a Saturday and then the passport offices are closed.

5: And also take a look at the issue date, it says 05 des 09. It should be in english like this 05 dec 09

This will be the norm soon won't it? I mean by law you have to have your passport on you at all times! Rise in thefts me thinks!
