Recommended Thai Language Schools In BKK?

Featured Replies

Hey,

Looking for people who have or are currently studying Thai in Bangkok at a language school to tell me their thoughts on it.

Good and bad.

I'm looking to study later in the year and don't have a clue which one to pick.

I'm mostly interested in just speaking not reading and writing so much.

Ideally the school would be on the BTS line (a walk of 10-15 minutes is fine).

Looking forward to hearing your recommendations (or warnings)

Thanks,

UTL, Times Square BKk, opposite Robinsons on suk soi 19, the school is between soi 14/16 right next to the BTS.

Warning, sorry I am not allowed to name the number of utter crap schools, no naming and shaming on here.

If you are serious about learning Thai, start here.

Agreed that RGs suggestion is a good one. There is a lot of crap.

Rag, do you know a good school in Chan, as I need to brush up a little bit more

OK thanks will go look into UTL.

EDIT:

There website has no information on rates as far as I can see.

I've emailed them but not confident of getting a reply.

Does anyone know how much it would cost to study with them for a year?
