Just a few years ago you could get knock off golf bags in many golf shops in Pattaya for 3000-4000 Baht, full size and OK quality. I don't see them anymore.

There are no driving ranges off Pattaya Klang/Central Rd. Do you mean Pattaya Driving Range on 3rd rd, between Klang and Nua?

Yes you are right 3rd road on the left, the range has a small short game area as you go in
You may want to check out the golf shop on the other side of the road and approx. opposite the Outlet entrance on Thrappassit which often has a sale on bags with reasonable deals.
