Where to buy one of those sunrise emulating wake-up lights?

In the US there is a product called the Philips wake-up light, which emulates the sunrise and even birds chirping after a predetermined amount of time. Anyone know where these can be found in Bangkok?

knockoffs will also work :-) I imagine there must be some benefit to living so close to China
