I'm an Indian National with an MBA Degree looking to do Phd somewhere overseas. I'm learning thai actually to live here. Can I do a Phd in Business Administration or Business Psycology with stipend around 22,000-30,000 THB? Could be anywhere in Thailand. But preferred Bangkok/ North Thailand. I'm phsically challenged that doesnt measn I cant walk. I can walk, play sport,travel and do my daily chores on my own.

Is that stipend monthly or annually?
