Saw a video of some Samui Rescue guys putting it on a truck. Will try & post it.

According to the attached newspaper text, it says the turtle was dead already.

It says "more on page 14", so if you could kindly locate the article on that page and scan it, I'll translate it.

Also, what's up with that naked kid in the newspaper photo?? What the.. was that the only photo they manage to take? What about cropping out that naked kid?? Thai people...

Well from this video & according to eye witnesses it wasn't dead.

Look at the clown sitting on it.

Yes crop out the kid and the turtle and focus more on the blond women in bikinis at the back!

So strange, because even in the newspaper pic, the turtle appears to be lifting his head up and seems to still be alive.

However, looking more closely on that youtube vid, the turtle looks dead to me...

It was definately dead. Talk at the time was hit by speedboat (personally didnt really see evidence of that). Second dead turtle to end up at the same point on Bangrak beach in the last 4 months.

Sorry Roo just seen your video and agree not dead. It was motionless and non resposive on the beach but seems there was some life left. Unfortunately i doubt anyone will ever look into what caused this and the last one.
