Power of Attorney at US Consulate Chiang Mai

Anyone have a power of attorney form notorized at the consulate? Would like to know - do they provide the form (is there a standard form they use) or do you have to provide the paper/form which is specific to your situation? Want to get power of attorney for me to sign for my wife to transfer property back in USA.

you provide what you need, they do not do that, they notarize documents, they do not prepare documents
