I have some availability to undertake professional development education. My area of expertise is project management in IT areas including service delivery, process improvement and application development. I have a PMP already. PMI-ACP certification looks interesting.

I would like to finish within the next three months. Ideas that are especially related to actual offerings in Bangkok are greatly appreciated.

What you want requires practical experience prior to the associated exam. Bangkok is unlikely to be the place to find that.
