Wanna rent a house with 30k/m

Featured Replies

I haven't live in thai before, may be i will move to bkk next week, so i need a detached house with price is lower than 30k, anyway, more cheap is more good, but what is the best choice i have? I need 2 bedrooms or more, small garden and full furnish, and near bts, mrt, or airport link is good. I was found 4 or 5 detached house with that condition, but im wanna best choice.

I dont have international driving permit (IDP), so can i rent out a car? or buy an used car, and how about traffic police in thailand biggrin.png, anyway, driving without liscence is too risky.

Short term. you can use your license from your home country, easy enough to get a Thai license when you get settled in. I would rent a room at a hotel or guest house, near an area that you are interested in, and look around. If near public transport, less need of a car, and also look at the type of shopping, etc. Some are more comfortable buying at the malls, and western style grocery stores, such as Top's, Villa, etc.
