kanchanaburi lawyers

Featured Replies

hi does anyone know any english speaking lawyers in kanchanaburi city or near

Hi salavan,

Will ask for you, but give me a little time as I am in BKK now.

Should know by the end of this week and PM you.

Would help, if you could disclose what legal matter is on the agenda.

In general: Even if you can find an English-speaking lawyer, he is in all likelihood not in the position to help you in any meaningful way, His Farang-Customer-Base is probably not broad enough to cater to the SPECIFIC needs of a Farang in Thailand.

Legal issues, ranging from setting up a will up to property rights is an entirely different matter for a Farang as compared to a Thai. Depending on the issue, you may have to consult a Bangkok-Lawyer, specializing in "Farang-Issues". Plenty of them around but rather costly.

I only hope your claim is not concerning any property (land) dispute involving wife/family.

Cheers.

I like your prudent approach. Remember: Child must be of legal-age, minors can not own land in Th'land.

Cheers.

Wrong, there is no minimum age - There are issues to be aware of http://www.thaivisa.com/forum/topic/722114-legal-age-to-own-land-and-property/#entry7749836
