Anybody know where I can get this type of material or something similiar to reduce outside sound and dampen sound (echo) in room when I am on the phone. Hopefully somewhere in Huay Kwang area.

You can buy similar to that foam at home pro. It sells for just over a thousand baht for four panels. I put it up around my home studio. It is not for soundproofing, but for controlling certain sound frequencies, especially from mid to higher frequencies
