Unlock Sony keyboard

Featured Replies

Hi

My son has managed to lock my notebook keyboard and need some help.

Tried suggestions I found online to no avail including control panel, access, unticking boxes for sticky keys etc that weren't ticked to begin with.

Mouse works bit that is it.

Any ideas?

Thanks

James

Do a system restore from System tools. That should put it back to how it was before he fiddled with it thumbsup.gif

Can you describe what, "lock my notebook keyboard" means?

All keys unresponsive? Some keys unresponsive?

Stuck in reverse NumLock mode?

And, "Mouse works bit that is it." ...what does this mean, it doesn't work as in normally does?

Tried that but only back a couple of days to some google drive change. Is there something else I should do with regards to the restore? Never did it before

Thanks

When it shows you a date to restore to it should also offer an option to choose another restore date where you can take it back further thumbsup.gif
