agency to help open a small IT company

Can anyone suggest any good/reliable agency who can help (collect legal papers/get approval) open a small IT company in Thailand? (Bangkok/Chonburi/Rayong) I am also interested in ongoing account/law support.

Dont know any agency but I know an individual who can do bits part time, got a full time job doing similar things for a large company so not suitable if you need office hour meetings.

But has the knowledge, contacts and assistants to help additional companies too (and does). Based in Pattaya.
