Mechanical Engineering Freelancer Wanted

I have a mechanical device in mind which I need drawn and then made. It's a simple aluminum device but not being an engineer, I don't know how to professionally draw it (I have my own sketches of course) nor where to have it made once the drawing is done.

Ideal would be a Thai mechanical engineer who can speak a bit of English who is up for a small freelance assignment.

Use Google sketchup and print it out. Go to somchai at the corner of the street and ask him to build it.
