I am in discussions with a Bangkok based business about a potential purchase. It's British owned ( within the parameters of Thai regs). I'm British, currently based in the UK though did live in Thailand for ten years upto 2007.

I'm looking for a credible broker to help with the transaction, due diligence etc.

I see that Sunbelt Asia have a presence here and have offices worldwide so I'd welcome the comments and opinions of anybody who has had experience of them. Any ball park figures on fees would also be helpful.

They're a responsive lot… You shouldn't have any problems dealing with them, I have nothing but good things to say about their service. It may be a little bit steep for you though, if you're shopping around.

I used them once approx 6 years ago to draw up some legal documents and help with an issue...they were very responsive and professional...I was very happy with their services. Your results may vary.
