I need extra wide New Balance running (1540 in 10.5 4E) and walking (928 in 10.5 4E) shoes, But I've not found those models or sizes in Bkk, and Amazon does not ship those internationally. What to do, aside from going to US, where I got my old pairs, or having someone mail them to me? I also need extra wide casual/dress shoes.
