In the course of my job here in Thailand I talk to many Architects .One of the most accomplished I have come across are NAGA CONCEPTS.. ( they've just won the contract for a 700 million Baht memorial for the Tsunami) I only speak to the office here in Phuket , however I am aware that their Head Office is in Bkk.

They have both Farang and Thai Directors.
