Tt&t Quality

Featured Replies

Hi,

can anyone here give me feedback on TT&T quality in phuket? is it better and TOT (both 256k)? becuase i'm thinking of changing from TOT to TT&T, they say it gives you 3 weeks of high speed time then slows you down to 56k speed?

and also they tell me the network is down right now so i can't install it, is it true?

thanks.

ps i've already brought the TT&T 256/128k package now.

I don't have ADSL, so, I can't comment on the original enquiry.

I do have a couple of telephone lines that are TT&T.

During the last five years, I have had two instances of no dial tone and one instance of the line being so dirty that internet could not be used.

After contacting TT&T, the problems were fixed within a couple of hours. The technical department certainly seems to have it's sh1t together.

TOT is famous for its terrible service. My friends who have TOT serviced lines all have a horror story to tell about TOT and I am regarded as a "lucky git" for not having to deal with them.

If you do get ADSL, I would go for TT&T just because you know you will get support if anything goes wrong.
