it all depends on the tries the actual motogp tires does allow a max lean angle of 64 degrees; Bridgestone mentiond that even more would be possible but they dont do it cause of saefty reasons.

Marquez does that too. It is common to see these extreme lean angled with the ever developing tire and motorbike tech.

Sure looks that way but no, it's a snapshot of Rossi when he was still in the lead, ahead of Lorenzo. The tyres were not even fully warmed up by then.
