November 2, 201411 yr I tried Thai Watsadu, Homepro, Homeworks and House & Home. Either they don't sell NYY or will only sell a 100 metre drum. I only need 5 metres to connect up a 3-phase 'Safe-T-Cut to the electricity meter outside my hotel. The meter rating per phase is 15/45. Previously, I always used 4 separate, single-core copper cables for this purpose and the electricity company was OK with that. This time, they say 'new rules' etc and I have to use an NYY pigtail instead.
November 2, 201411 yr Keehin on the bypass will sell cut lengths of NYY cable. Confirmed. Go to the doors right at the back on the right, go inside you will see they have various cable on the reel; tell them what you want, they will cut it and bring it to the front sales desks for you to pay.
November 2, 201411 yr Author Thanks - I drove past Keehin today but it was closed. I'll drop by tomorrow.
