webfact Posted November 3, 2014 Posted November 3, 2014 Pattaya Government Officials investigate 9 year old Firework IncidentPATTAYA: -- Following the news that a 9 year old boy was seriously injured by a firework he had purchased from a store on Sunday Night in Central Pattaya, Local Government Officials began their investigation into the incident by visiting the scene of the accident.The team of District Government Officers and members of the Thai Army visited the constructor’s campsite in Soi 25 off Pattaya Third Road on Monday and met the Sister of the 9 year old victim, Khun Noi aged 29.She updated officials with the sad news that the boy has lost 3 fingers due to the accident and was transferred to Chonburi Hospital for specialist care. No excuses at all. carers can't stop children getting hold of small amounts of money but shop owners don't have to sell dangerous goods to children
