Cheapest Way To Call Uk Mobiles (voip Etc)?

I've been having a look around at a few options to call UK mobiles, the best I've found so far is voipcheap.co.uk (I think its just a UK version of voipdiscount) its 9.75p a minute.

Does anyone know of any way of calling a UK mobile for less? I tend to make quite a few calls, so any small saving works out to be quite significant.

I know dialing 008 before the number on AIS is fairly reasonable, although I'm not sure of the exact cost.

I believe 008/009 have just been reduced to 5 Baht for most of europe. I've not used it so can't confirm....anyone?
