BANGKOK, 13 November 2014 (NNT) – The Department of Royal Rainmaking and Agricultural Aviation is prepared to host a celebration tomorrow to mark His Majesty the King’s world renowned achievement in artificial rainmaking in Hua Hin.

Director of the Department of Royal Rainmaking and Agricultural Aviation Chanti Dechyothin has revealed that the celebration will be held from November 14-16 at the Hua Hin Queen’s Park in Prachuap Khiri Khan province.

November 14th of every year has been designated the Father of the Royal Rainmaking Day. The event will be held outdoors this year and the Minister of Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives will preside over the opening ceremony.

Exhibitions on the artificial rainmaking will also be held to educate visitors. They can also enjoy a puppet show that describes the history of rainmaking and select a variety of organic produces that will also be on sales.

Visitors can compete in a quiz competition or listen to great music from famous singers at this event. People are invited to join the exhibitions and express their gratitude towards His Majesty the King and the new development in the royal rainmaking technology.
