Air Con Needs Repairer Bangkok

Featured Replies

Ok I have a Samsung APC289SEV Standing Model & called Samsung Authorized Repairman

who has been twice before for services.

But he has not shown up or called back after calling them asking what time he would be here.

So I think I should asking if any good TV Member

knows of a good Air Con Repairer BKK/Victory Monument.

The compressor is/was not turning off unless

I turned it off at the mains.

From reading a few links the thermostat sounds like it needs replacing.

Thanks in Advance

Have you called the Samsung service centre direct?? We had a problem with our washing machine and although they took a couple of days to come out I was very impressed with the service

Yes I did/have been

I know no complaints previously

Unfortunate thing with this Floor Stand Model

they only have 1 guy (so I have been told)

who knows this model @75K I don't think they

sold many.

Plus more than 5yrs old parts will be harder to get. I have a Louvre that they can't supply part for.

I've used http://www.aircongenie.com before. They're alright- swift response- got the thing working again, gave me an estimate before the work was started that they stuck to.
