British man drugged, robbed and left in Woodland behind Central Pattaya School



PATTAYA: -- On Wednesday Morning Police and medics were called to an area of Woodland behind a School in Central Pattaya after a School cleaner discovered a foreign man who appeared to be in a semi-conscious state.

Police arrived at the rear of the Tantrarak School in Soi Yumet off the Central Pattaya Road, just before 9am and approached Mr. Daniel Hayden aged 47 from London, UK. He appeared dazed and very confused and immediately Police suspected he was under the influence of some form of drug but were not sure if he had been given the drug with or without his consent.

Teachers at the School attempted to communicate with the man while Police were told that in the early hours of the morning a cleaner living at the rear of the school did hear a commotion in the area and saw a number of men in the wooded area but she was too afraid to approach them.

There isn't much said as to what the guy may have lost, often it happens in the room.

I hope he will be okay, these people administering the drugs will kill one day, and this guy may well be unwell for days.

When I was a kid in the military .... hanging out in bars with bar girls ... we all knew these things happened and were always on guard. How can grown men be so stupid?

And he seems to be sitting comfortably.

When it happened to me, I ended up getting out of the bar unscathed, but unfortunately never made it home in the same shape. I wrecked my motorbike on the way, and wound up in the hospital. Was happy I had decent enough insurance to manage to cover most of the bill. Bike repair cost about 7k baht.

I don't think mine was a case of robbery though. I believe my ex-wife paid someone to slip me a mickey. Yea, she hates me that much!

I know your first thought is, "you were just drunk", but, prior to entering the particular bar I'd only had 3 of the small beers. Certainly not enough to wind up in such shape to where I didn't remember leaving the bar.

I think she paid one of the bartenders. After bringing it to the owners attention, the lad who was tending bar that night disappeared, and I never saw him again.

This occurred in Pattatya.

Feel sorry for the guy except he only seems to of lost some money. Self respect is intact.

Obviously one of Pattays more quality type tourists ,why on earth was he behind a school in central Pattaya i thought he would be more at home back at the Hylton judging by the picture of him ,
