Nissan Thailand will set some overall promotions, as will other car manufacturers, which they will ask the various retail distributors to make available to customers. They often then help subsidise this promotions for individual retail distributors. They do this particularly at the big motor show events, as they are large volume sale events. Promotions may be a combination of cash, warranties/ goods etc

After that the retail distributors will have their own pricing / discounts they are prepared to give (or not) on top, and what you can negotiate.

That's basically how it works. As to the details, you need to ask Nissan. Year round, Honda/Toyota tend to be a bit more stingy on promotions and discounts generally, as they have stronger brands and good sales already. Mazda and Nissan as weaker brands have less brand recognition, so you're more likely to be able to push them.

That said discounts aren't generally that great in Thailand on retail card distribution, as margins are thin for the retailers.
