PATTAYA: -- Late on Monday Night, Police and rescue services were called to a house in the East Pattaya area following a family dispute which culminated in a 61 year old woman being shot in her leg.

At the scene in Soi Nong Mai Gen 7 was Khun Jewl who had been shot in her right leg and had lost a considerable amount of blood.

Police detained the victim’s Brother, Khun Mana and seized a 9mm semi-automatic handgun. It is thought he accidentally shot his Sister and his intended target was his Cousin, Khun Bunjert aged 34.

It was reported at the scene that the two men would fight on a daily basis over claims that the victim would constantly favour the cousin over her Brother in relation to a Land Inheritance dispute between the two men.
