I purchased an anroid smart box in Australia and it been working fine for 2 months. This week all international TV channels on it stopped working . All gates to international TV like FTV, expat TV work BUT come to a standstill once the channel is picked.. BBC news for example just says "working" and this can be forever like 30 min still trying. you can't do anything while it is "working " only reboot and start again. The MOVIE component works fine..


Does anybody know of a Teck or IT business in the cha-am or huahin area who can look or reconfigure these boxes. I do not have a VPN. I also am not a hi tec person so I need someone to do it . Thanks . James

It look like a problem with internet channel, not with the box.

Use another internet connection to check.
