I will suggest one more time that road blocks will not fix this problem, as the drivers behave themselves when they see flashing red lights

& not possible to breathalysis everone, however could go a long way to helping by putting mufti police out there in standard unmarked cars

who can spot traffic offences, speeding, dangerous driving, cars swerving on the road etc & just radio ahead. They do have a great communication system.

And then no backhanders, & time magistrates got tough as well, just get them off the road, your life may depend on ti

What an absolutley ridiculous idea this was!! If alcohol was only allowed for 1 day a year, i think everybody would want it to be on New Years...
