Ethernet Cable in Ubon

Featured Replies

Does anyone know where I could find 12m or more of ethernet cable in Ubon? Didn't see anything in Sunee or Central.

Or possibly an IT business who would be willing to install some cable for me? Thanks!

Hey i cannot help you in ubon

However in my town there was a tiny little shop and the woman inside it could make any cable any length and any connection.

I was so un used to this I couldn't understand her question of how long...hehe.

look for the little electronics shop.

We havde also been lucky in our town to have JIB open

Well sure they are not the cheapest but u can get all sorts of good computer gear there.

So much better than the local jerks and Tesco and so on.

Life has changed for the good.

Hey Nuddy, where is it that your town might be? Up till now I used to take ethernet cable from home, but surely it would be convenient to get it here somewhere around Ubon...

I found a friend who works in IT at a university. He said you can order 300m spools in Sunee. He came and installed everything for me from his supplies.

This is how we attached the cable to the wall.

He did very good, clean work, had all the tools ready and was knowledgable about networking in general. I asked if he'd do it for others and he said yes. Doesn't speak any English. I gave him 1,000b for a couple hours of work. He said the going rate is roughly about 900b per room connected. PM me if you want his number.
