Anyone got any first hand experiences with any Thai franchises?

Some of these bubble tea ones look very busy and are pretty reasonably priced to setup

Take great care.

Bought into one several years ago, all went well till the "Master Franchise" was bought by someone with little or no ethics, just wanted a "Fast Buck or Baht" as the case may be.

We saw what was about to happen and bailed out...lost quite a bit of money, but could have been much worse. The whole thing has now gone out of business.
