Depends on where you buy, brand or generic ... but the following should be enough:

Irbesartan (Aprovel 150) 40-50/d

Amlodipine (Norvasc 5 or 10) 30-40 or 50-60/d

Spironolactone (Berlactone, Hyles 25) 10-15/d

Carvedilol (Dilatrend) 40-50/d

So it will be in the range of approx 3500-5000 (this is for the real products, in Thailand you can find cheaper copies of course but I wouldn't recommend that).

I pay this at a large private hospital in Bangkok.

Amlodipine 5mg cost 16.46 baht each after normal 10% discount (or about 18 baht without discount).

16-18 thb is very possible, as I said, it all depends on brand-generic / where (profit margin that particular hospital/clinic takes) / ...

I just gave amounts that certainly should be sufficient.
