Hi.

I'm looking for feedback from someone that has experience with architects and construction companies here in Phuket. I have a fair idea about floor plan and design of the house. Now I need someone to find/make drawings so I can get the building permit from oborjor, and then find a construction company.

Planning to build a one floor house, about 125 sq.m on almost flat land (some leveling is necessary) .

It's going to be a simple design on the house (atleast in my opinion) and hopefully decent quality on the work and materials. Want to use building materials allready available on Phuket.

I'm looking for answeres on these questions:

Which company did you use and would you use them again. why?/why not?

What did they charge to make drawings?

What constrcution cost pr sq.m did you end up with?

What price did the company quoat and did they exceed that price alot?
