Taninthai, noted, thanks. I should be fine as long as the dirt road is dry. With my Rosso tires I could easily loose traction if it's wet dirt.

I lost traction with my Angels GT going up Phu Tarb Boek hill on my last ride (wet mud).

In any case, the Diavel's a lot lower to the ground so you can have plenty of "stabilisers" if needed :)

Any suggestions for southern riders?

Sorry amigo, nothing forthcoming from me as my knowledge starts around Kanchanaburi and goes east to Lopburi, north to Phitsanulok, west to Mae Sot and back south to Kanchanburi. Ask about that area and I'll be glad to assist.
