I have a couple of small warts under my right arm that have been there for a long time but just recently it has become tender.

Is there any easy way of getting it fixed or removed?

I live in rural Thailand where it is easy to visit the local hospital 15km away or the regional hospital at Khampaeng Phet 65km away.

Swensons ice cream cake is the best method....done it meself a few times now over the years..

I have done a bit of reading up on the internet and now I understand what you mean.

It must make the ice cream cake taste funny afterwards though. Want not, waste not.

As they have become tender, might not be warts - might be a small abcess or something like that. Sweat glands under the arm easily get plugged & inflamed. See a doctor. Local hospital should be able to handle it. But if it is warts and you want them burned off with liquid nitrogen, they may nto have it in which case you'll have to travel further afield.

Actually if warts I had many (dozens) removed on back by CO2 laser years ago and no return so if small that might also be an option - and seems to be more available than nitrogen. Have not had positive experience with nitrogen in Thailand - but that iwas one doctor at one hospital.

If the question is addressed to Sheryl, why don't you send her a PM instead of this?

Perhaps because other people may have had a similar problem and may also have an answer.

Why didn't you send me a PM instead of replying on the thread?

Thank you for your reply.

The last ones I had burned off was over 50 years ago.

There are only 2 and one is OK but the other one is tender especially when I use my arm a lot while cutting down the scrub and grass.

I will go up to the local hospital next week when I know the good English speaking doctor is on duty.
