The page is not very user friendly, nowhere does it list how to have my info printed and then when you do attempt to list, it asks you to choose a region from their list but no Koh Samui to click on. HELP !

I had similar probs not so long ago and had to switch from my normal Firefox browser to IE to get things to work/show correctly

Have been in touch and as usual they just plan to make a commission without doing any legwork and like all farang agents will ask you to sign a form making them to be exclusive agent only. No thanks, we have many Samui locals looking for buyers for us.

Kohn Samui is part of Suratthani province. So you need to start with the province.

How do I list a price ? I print 120m. and it is rejected as invalid for using a 12345 and also rejects one twenty m. huh ?

Crusty have you tried entering it as 120000000.00 ? Second option enter the price in the text section.

As a "farang agent" we do not, and never have, required exclusive contracts and we make that quite clear in the agency agreement. It is not in the clients interest for them to do so. If any agent asks you to sign an exclusive agency contract ask him if he can guarantee he will sell every property he is listing because if he can't why would you put all your trust in that one person. And of course he cannot give that guarantee - no agent can. I wish we could, but it is unrealistic. A competent professional agent will list the property at no cost to you and will only be paid if he introduces a buyer to you who completes the purchase. My advice to my clients is spread your net as wide as you can. Use more than one agent. I am not afraid of the competition and no agent should be. Any agent asking for exclusivity is putting his interests before those of his clients.
